Join me on a tour that involves Lisbon’s most traditional flavors!
Have you ever wondered what Portuguese people really eat? I mean, let’s put famous dishes aside, we all love bacalhau, sardines and other dishes that tourists hear about and enjoy eating.
But, for many years, people here had to make the most of what they had available to eat, and because times were hard, families couldn’t afford to waste anything – or to be picky for that matter, so they got creative!
Well guess what, if you go to an authentic “tasquinha” in Lisbon they will still serve you some bizarre foods such as chicken stomach, fried pig skin, pig ears and other authentic – and traditional – Portuguese dishes. Want to join me?
