I love the sea, I love fishing, and I love eating. I’m lucky to have been able to join these 3 things by owning a company that operates in sea-related tourism. My company offers great leisure events that include fishing and activities that allow direct contact with nature, and which always end up with the participants socializing around the table while savouring the fish they caught in the Atlantic.
I really like Grilled Squid served with white or green wine, and I can’t say no to a good “Polvo à Lagareiro” (traditional Portuguese Octupus dish).
