I’m from Bogotá – Colombia – but I’ve always wanted to live in Lisbon so I came here to study International Business. My passion for new cultures made me fell in love with this city so I decided to explore it the best way I know: through its food!
To taste every different delicacy available in the Portuguese cuisine can be an adventure, and as foodie, I think that in life we should try at least once the traditional and most authentic food of each country. Are YOU willing to try?

My favorite dish:

My favorite dish is a Colombian dish called “Bandeja Paisa” it is made of beans, rice, avocado, beef, pork skin, fried egg and plantain. When it comes to the Portuguese food, I love moelas (gizzard), Pastéis de Bacalhau (codfish cakes). I also believe that I am #1 fan of Pastéis de Nata (cream cake).

Spoken languages

I speak Portuguese, Spanish and English.
